Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is a cheaper way of calling and doesn’t required a Telkom telephone line to make call. An internet connection is required to make calls which improves the call quality without interruption. 

Yes you can. Transfers can take 3 to 7 working days without interruption. R 152 once-off per number.

Yes you can. Porting of existing geographical numbers such as 031, 011, 021, 039 ect. costs R 152 per number once-off.

There is no contract when signing up. Our Uncapped Voice is a month to month product.

A internet speed of 4Mbps or higher is required for calls. We do recommend using a LTE or Fibre internet solution.

Yes you can use your existing VoIP hardware.

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance while set up fees and top-ups are billed in arrears.

Example: If your invoice date is the 1st March, Vox will add to that invoice your full package subscription cost covering the upfront period (01 March – 31 March). Your first bill will also include a pro-rated period of billing from when the Uncapped Calling was activated up until the next billing run where your full subscription will be added, so your first bill may look a lot higher than your base package cost as it may include a pro-rated billing portion from the previous period.

We require a 1 month calendar notice for any transfer or cancelation of services.
