Is there a contract ? There is no contract when signing up. Our MTN Fixed LTE is a month to month product.
What RICA rules apply ? When signing up we require a certified copy of your ID and Proof of Residence – not older than 3 months.
Can I upgrade my data package ? Yes, the upgrade will be valid from the first (1st) day of the following month.
Can I downgrade my data package ? Downgrades can only be done by canceling your current data package and sign up for a new data package.
Can I view my data usage ? Yes, You can view your usage by logging into the Customer Zone. You can also set up usage notifications via email or SMS to keep up to speed!
How long does my data rollover for ? Data rolls over until the end of the following month.
Can I move my router to another address? No, Fixed LTE-A means your SIM card is locked to the closest cellular towers that service your address. If you move your router, the SIM card will be “soft locked” and can only be reactivated once you return to the original address.
Can I top-up my data if I run out ? Yes you can. Top-ups can be done via the clientzone. Allow 24-48 hours for processing of the order.

Can I Purchase a LTE Router ? Yes you can. Our ZTE LTE Routers are on special at the moment of where you can save up to R999.
How to cancel my Data Package ? We will require a 1 month calendar notice if you would like to cancel your data service.
SIM + Router Once-off cancellation ? If you cancel your service within the first 6 months of purchase you will be eligible for a cancellation fee of R999.00
How long will delivery take to receive my SIM card ? Delivery of new SIM cards can take up to 7 – 10 working days.
What is the delivery fee? The delivery fee is included in the activation fee of which it costs R99 once-off.
